On the edge of a new year, I’ve been reflecting On the edge of a new year, I’ve been reflecting on everything 2025 held: The heavy moments….The quiet wins.

Living in this body continues to teach me surrender and resilience. Some days felt strong and steady. Others felt messy, exhausting, and just unfair.

2026 will mark 3 years since my life saving ostomy surgery, and I’m continuing to learn that I can love my life and still wish parts of it were easier. My ostomy is not something that defines me. Just something that exists as part of my life. And I am so grateful.

I am most grateful for is this community.

The one that makes me feel like home.

The gentle souls who never ask me to be anything other than myself.

The place where I can me be quiet, tired, honest, and it still chooses me.

For me, 2026 will hold less expectation and more grace.

More presence.

More softness when things feel heavy.

And a quiet gratitude for the life I continue to build, and the community that walks alongside me.

Wishing you all love, health, and prosperity ✨

Much love and Hello, 2026 🤍xo

It’s the last Tuesday of the year…and sooo.. It’s the last Tuesday of the year…and sooo..

Here’s my last Two Cent Tuesday post of 2025 ✨

As this year comes to a close, one thing feels crystal clear: I’ve learned how powerful it is to stay true to myself.

2025 reminded me that peace doesn’t come from changing who you are… it comes from choosing what aligns. From trusting your gut. From surrounding yourself with people and energy that feel steady, safe, and true.

You don’t need to explain your growth. You don’t need to soften your edges.

Protect your energy, honour your voice, and keep showing up as yourself.

In 2026: Keep the vibe. Trust what feels right, and let what’s meant for you meet you there ✌🏻

Much love and #staygutsy 💜

Christmas Eve, 2010…the very first Christmas Eve Christmas Eve, 2010…the very first Christmas Eve celebrated in this house.

Laughter frozen in time, a Santa hat tilted just right, and a silly face that still makes me smile. Dad brought the humour, that’s for sure.. and that always made any place he was feel like home.

Some memories carry both warmth and ache, but tonight I’m choosing to hold them close and be grateful for the love that started here and never really left. 🎄✨

Much love and Merry Christmas Eve to you and yours ❤️xo

They say hair holds memories, but for me it’s mu They say hair holds memories, but for me it’s music. Play a song I used to love and I can instantly tell you what chapter of my life it belongs to

Certain music doesn’t just play.

Music hurts
Music heals
Music remembers

Songs mark time in a way nothing else can. They hold who we were when we didn’t yet have the language for it.

Name by The Goo Goo Dolls has always been one of those songs for me. A reminder that even in the chapters that hurt, I was still learning how to feel deeply and love fully.

Maybe that’s the gift of music: it doesn’t trap us in the past, it shows us how far we’ve come

I know I’ve missed a couple Tuesdays, but I’m back and that’s my two cents for tonight.

Drop a song in the comments that instantly takes you back to a chapter of your life..let’s connect through music 🎶

Much love 💜xo

I miss you more than words can ever hold.
I miss the way you made every moment feel safe, loved, and full of meaning.

I miss the way you smiled and the way you made our family feel whole.

Today, I celebrate you…your life, your love, and every memory that still lives so brightly in my heart. I carry you with me in who I am, in what I do, and in every moment I wish I could share with you.

I hope you’re dancing in heaven today, surrounded by peace, joy, and everything beautiful…just like the joy you gave us here.
