Mango – Coconut Popsicles (Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Grain Free)
We just got back from a beautiful family vacation, and my kids have been craving everything mango! The weather has been great in Toronto, so I figured to come up with a frozen treat that would satisfy my kids’ need for mango while keeping them cool.
This recipe is dairy, gluten, and grain free. It’s super versatile and such an easy way to cool down on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ honey
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth
- Fill your popsicle containers
- Freeze for 3-4 hours
