Overnight Oats
Don’t know what to meal prep for breakfast?
Overnight Oats are a go to for me because they keep me full until lunch time and I love that I can personalize them with whatever fruit I have on hand.
Here’s what I used, but you can switch up the ingredients as you like:
¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
½ cup Silk Almond Milk
½ tbsp Pb and Me Peanut Butter Powder
½ tbsp Prana Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Blueberries/Strawberries
