Avocado Toast

One of my favourite breakfasts to make on the weekend is @shashabakeryco spelt chia and poppyseed sourdough bread toasted and topped with #havarti , #avocado, a @preschoice #organic egg fried in goat’s milk ghee and seasoned with @spiceology everything but the bagel spice. I love  @shashabakeryco bread because their breads do not contain any commercial grade yeast; therefore it makes them easier to digest. The spelt chia and poppyseed sourdough is my absolute fave! My kids love it too!

Super simple super good, and super healthy!
